Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 - 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ukarry.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Pictures of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
